Joined Hollister Incorporated in 2018 

I grow and develop as a person and as a professional every day at Hollister.

When I first looked into joining Hollister in 2018 as a recruitment specialist, I knew I wanted to work for a company with an inspiring mission, values and culture. So, I did some deep research. I went online and read everything I could. Reading Associate stories showed me how they respect and validate employees, and the Immutable Principles of Dignity of the Person, Stewardship, Service and Integrity matched my personal values.

When I was first hired, the Kaunas facility was still under construction, so I was in a temporary office. It was exciting to be one of the first Associates here and be part of building something new. Working at Hollister, I learned a lot about the business and helped to find candidates who aligned with the Immutable Principles and could thrive in our teamwork culture.

In two years, we’ve grown the team in Lithuania to over 400 associates. It’s been very rewarding to have such a big impact on people’s lives. Plus, we’ve promoted roughly 10 per cent of our Associates, with some being promoted twice. Hollister sees the potential in people and is committed to their development, so it’s made my job very rewarding.

I love working at Hollister because I come to work in the morning and leave a different person. I’m changed by new experiences, exciting projects and my work with my amazing fellow Associates every day. I’m driven by challenges and feel supported when I have new ideas and suggestions. So, I grow and develop as a person and as a professional every day.
