It’s been more than two years since I joined Hollister. To be honest, what drew me here is the culture of the company. Even from my first interview, the culture resonated with me. The Immutable Principles of dignity of the person, stewardship, service and integrity are deeply rooted at Hollister. As a result, the associates at Hollister, to their core, are not here just for themselves. I haven’t met anyone who just wants to “get ahead.” No matter what we work on, our common thread is based on the four Immutable Principles and the people who use our products and services.
When you walk down the hallways of Hollister, you find people who have been here 10, 20, 25 years. One of my closest friends has been here more than 25 years. You don’t find that kind of loyalty to a company anymore.
When I talk with someone about an opportunity at Hollister, I say it comes down to what motivates you. If you share our core values and are committed to a cause larger than yourself, then this is the place for you. I know the people standing next to me are inspired by the same principles and values I am. We have an opportunity to make a difference in the company and the lives of the people we serve.
